here's how I did it and some tips: save before starting Arcadia for amateurs III obviously. go to herd, start the chase and got into Eagle view to track the Pinto (be careful to track the Pinto and not a Mustang) keep going into Eagle view to refresh the track. when at Mason go into Eagle view again as Arthur dismount.
