I chose a hesston 530 for the small hp requirements and also it looked like the newest baler I could purchase for the money. But, trying to get a bale started takes an act of congress. Either it cloggs around the roller or just cloggs in the mouth.

Make sure item 31 is adjusted correctly and working the twine arm directional valve . Also make sure the drive roller is turning the pulley for the v belt while tying a bale.
